After years of navigating personal transformation, including my own experience with cancer and professional reinvention, I realized something was missing in the support world — a more thoughtful, human-centered approach.

I’m Felix, Managing Member and Head of CIJ.LLC. I started this company to create the kind of business support I couldn’t find — one that’s efficient, thoughtful, and grounded in real human connection.
My background blends years of experience in administrative operations, communications, public engagement, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. I’ve led projects in crisis environments, supported teams through transition, and built systems that bring clarity where there was once chaos.
